To play in 4K on my pc monitor I need to use DisplayPort. I connected to the tv using HDMI and it just seemed choppy and not as sharp. How do I get the same experience on my tv as I do on the monitor?

your hdmi cable probably isn't fast enough. not really sure what you mean by "choppy", but i'm assuming framerates? you'll want a "Premium High Speed" cable then
you probably aren't getting HDR support either, which might be what you mean by "not as sharp" --- What? You thought ancient beings like us incapable of crying? ... Copied to Clipboard!

what video card is needed to do 4k@144fps? (which, AFAIK, is the highest it goes for now)
