TIL engineering degrees are useless.

Not really. Mine has helped me a ton. But not for engineering lol. I basically get every company I apply to call me though because Im in tech sales and my degree gives me a leg up from the competition.

But Ive been in clears shoes because I did similar engineering to him (small consulting firms). Those environments are shit.

You know, 2 months of being unemployed isn't long at all right? I've gotten laid off twice and both times it took 6 months to find a job. 2 months is nothing to be ashamed of.

So the guy I interviewed with yesterday that said I was an amazing candidate told me I would hear back yes or no within 24 hours. I have heard nothing today.

So I guess that was a fucking lie.

TC just some feedback regarding the job search itself

You came on here for the better part of a year and said you basically woke up in the morning at 5am to workout at the gym for two hours then went to work and zoned out, spun in a chair and did maybe 2-3 hours of work a week while bragging about it.

Interviewers are better at picking up non-verbal cues than you may think.

Can you tell us here what would be different at your next job and how you won't get back into those bad habits I listed above? If you can't tell us I guarantee the interviewers are picking up on it too.
