A Texas bride to be has sparked outrage online after she refused to book a make up artist because she's GAY and then proceeded to LECUTRE her on her why being a lesbian is "SINFUL" in a series of homophobix texts!!

Kristian Cardenas from Lubbock, a cosmetics expert said she was taken aback by the woman's shift in attitude after her sexuality was revealed in a chain of messages on June 12

It ended with the anonymous bridezilla declaring that she didn't want Kristian anywhere near her wedding but told her she'd let her know if she "changes her midn" about her sexuality!!

She took to social media and uploaded pictures of the vile interaction accompanying the screenshots and urged people to be kind to one another regardless of differences

The interaction with the woman, who has not been named, started out harmelessly such as inquiring abuot pricing. But immediately after after receiving information, she asked if she was "gay" and Kristian said yes.

The woman said "I don't want a gay person doing my wedding" and asked her about her sexuality after looking at her photos and her attending LGBT pride!!

but that didn't stop there as she continued with "I still have more questions. How can you be a latina woman and be gay? You do know being gay is a sin, correct?. I will pray for you my friend. I'm sorry that you've chosen a path that's going to take you straight to hell. I think you do beautiful make-up but i just can't have someone who's gay being a part of my special day. The wedding is in a church and i don't want you walking into my church. If at any time you change your mind being gay, let me know and i'll book you"

She never replied to the latter texsts as Kristian said that woman shows the adversity the LGBTQ community face even still in 2019 and that homophobia is a real issue"

People lambasted the owman as people call it "disgusting" and one woman said "As a recently baptized Cataholic (raised cathoilc my whole life just never had the education), i want to fly you to Pittsburgh next year and have you do all the hair and makeup for me and my fiancee's wedding".

Do you think if businesses start turning away LGBT customers it'll kill their business?

I agree with you, I wasn't implying that every story out there is false just that there are people out there that will use whatever they can in order to get ahead. What I do find sad about this is that liars have made it harder for legitimate people going through something like this to come out and tell their story without being scrutinized for it.

Certain media outlets are at fault as well (such as the Daily Mail) they see something on social media they can use to get a few hits they'll jump on the 'story' and publish it without doing any fact checking first.

Yeah. It does become a problem. Like you said, it makes legitimate stories have a hard time being take seriously. Like in this case, reason is already saying its fake with no proof. It could be, but doesnt necessarily mean it is. Especially since this story isnt even that out there... It pretty mundane, tbh...

Turning away LGBT people will not kill business (look at Chick Fil A, Exxon, and others). However, there's possibly that such move could kill business if they happen to be in most liberal states or location that heavy support LGBT or other movement.

While there are no photos of the bride (who, as others have noted, may not have even existed), but judging from the Kristian's photos.... it's unlikely that the bride could look any worse.
