If you've confirmed that there aren't any bullets in a gun and you're posing with a consenting party, there really isnt an issue what so ever. It's literally how Hollywood works. They use a mix of real guns with others that have the firing pins removed, or guns that fire blanks. There's a mix depending on the scene and whats needed.
