I'd imagine there should still be a significant amount of people playing who aren't very good. I never played any video games other than DOTA 2 from the age of 17 to like 23. This was back in 2014. After I turned 23 I didn't have time for videogames, especially games like DOTA 2 which like you said, MOBAs are huge time investments. Now as a full-time employee, a business owner, and a freelancer, I simply have no free time to even think about videogames. Haven't played videogames since 2014.
