The doctor walks in and says your face got run over by a motorcycle and completely ripped apart beyond repair but fortunately the good news is your insurance covers you for expensive extensive cosmetic facial reconstruction surgery from the finest doctors in Europe. The bad news is that they can't reconstruct your previous face for complicated medical reasons. However they can instead give you a matching face of absolutely anyone else you like so long as you can show them a picture of it.
