Something does need to be done, and with Trump doing everything he can to defy any attempts someone pushing for open, honest and hard reform is good even if the "ideal" isn't likely. Greenhouse gasses dropping to zero in agriculture is impossible currently, unless we drastically cut back on production (and people would starve). The US also does not have the means to support 100% renewable energy within ten years... it will take a long time to get there (if ever). College being 'free' would result in higher standards for application as class sizes would increase substantially. One thing to remember though is that renewable energies DO RELY HEAVILY ON non-renewable energies.
