it's delicious, and my mum nails it every time i eat at hers. but i can't do it right for the life of me, i think it's because the cheese sauce i make isn't very good and it ends up being very ehhhh. too much pasta, not enough cheese

what about you CE? what foods are you bad at making from your ethnicity?

It was always so weird to me how it called West Indies while having no relation to India. But turns out its all Columbus fault, he thought everything is India -.-

i'm actually cooking fried chicken rn but i'm average at it

i've only ever had cornbread in the states and i've not liked it. way too dry and no taste. if it was a bit sweet then i might have liked it a bit more

there's two types in my experience
super sweet or super buttery
i prefer sweet

I can't cook, so pretty much everything.

my aunts and uncle can make this dish using cassava leaves that's apparently a bit complicated to make that I've been curious about learning, though, called isombe.
