In almost every Superman story, the arc about his upbringing with his farmer parents is so lost with everyone. The reason why Superman is so compassionate and morally strong is because his human parents raised him to be this way. That's why he holds back, that's why he tries to do what's right all the time, that's why he's conflicted. With all of his powers he could easily rule the word, kill anyone who thinks is bad and do whatever the fuck he wants but instead he chooses not to and uses his powers for good. Why is this logic so lost with everyone especially Batman fans?

People are quick to call Superman a boring boyscout that doesn't ever lose because he's too OP, where as Batman is the more relatable(LMAO) person who is actually human and beats his enemies with smarts instead of sheer power. --- Don't like it?
