Whats a good one to get?

My old one is dying a slow death. Its been dying this slow death forever, though. The beeping gotten soft. Not sure if the radio works anymore. The clock face is blank. It might need new batteries, but its also plugged into the wall. The switches feel too loose, so they probably dont even work. Ill miss this alarm clock, though...

Depends how much you want to spend, if you're looking in the 2 Grand range the Bose Chronomaestro X781B is your best bet with a very warm sound and all metal casing that can withstand 1800 atmospheres of pressure then that would be my choice

Well, Im not sure, tbh. Like, I dont want to spend like $100 for a clock. Maybe like $20-$40, I guess... But I dont remember how much clocks normally cost.

Almost everyone already owns a phone, so the cost factor is irrelevant.

Plus, a phone is a multi-purpose tool. An alarm clock has one purpose only.

Why? I much prefer a phone as an alarm clock over an actual alarm clock.

There are many reasons why I would like to have an alarm thats not my phone. I can still use my phone as a back up, but a regular alarm clock would also be good. Haha. Ill probably be able to take a look at the one Judg sent at lunch.

I can already do that. I need an alarm mostly for when a I need to wake up earlier. Or if I had a late night at work or something, its like a back-up in case I dont want to wake up on time. Its also helps me keep track of time. Like if I set an alarm for a certain time to make sure Im done with something at a specific time...
