Solid 7. Made a lot of progress in life and I've grown as an individual. But I've spent the most part of the year cycling through moods and got back in treatment, but the mania has helped me out in getting shit done.

Kind of the start of a new me. Personality shift and my bipolar is kicking off more than ever.

7. Pretty good up until this month. Stock market is taking a shit, birthday wasn't so great, weather is sucking, and less sunlight is depressing

Like 3.5ish. My family life has actually been semi-tolerable, found a job I liked for a while, and saved up a decent bit of money. Everything else was terrible though, this has probably been one of my most miserable years for over a decade. Very nearly ended up being sent off for psych evaluation or whatever. Then my dog died a week before my birthday too, plus struggling with all the normal crap and alienating a bunch of people. I'm just not in a good place right now and haven't been for a long time.

I'm getting on better with my family but I'm very depressed, my physical health has gone to shit, I'm incredibly lonely and I have barely any money because of government disability assessors lying out their arses.

Started off strong with the track season. Even managed to beat the fastest on our team once. Unfortunately I became too enthusiastic and wound up with chronic knee injuries in both legs. Like they just arent going away, not even today am I pain free. That put me into a depression since I loved running and did that every day.

This inactivity forced me to stay inside most days and play video games. I have no idea how streamers play so long, I get headaches going two hours. At least I discovered probably my favorite game this year, The Binding of Isaac.
I made some good friends this year too. My moments with them along with old ones raised my mood quite a bit.
Back to bad things, my stepdad has become paranoid and thinks my dad stalks us by paying people to put devices in our house where he then gets in range with his plane and listens to us. Hes been taking apart the house throughout the year. Regardless of if hes right, its annoying not to have a dish washer anymore.
