I've only saved her once-ish to see what differences she brought to ME3, and even then, after viewing her romance in 1 I dumped her aside for a vastly superior choice in 2(don't remember which, but honestly all 3 are way better than her so ehh). Even the gameplay doesn't justify saving her.
