Yeah, nothing wrong with having flash *and* substance. It can be tricky to pull off, sure, but it's possible to have something with fanservice (loads of it even) while also having an actual plot and such.

I don't like the censorship, but in another way I don't like the constant fan service that had been plaguing games and anime alike. They using that as a crutch to cover up just how bad the game or anime actually is. What makes me concerned is Sony or any other company going further with the censorship and even censoring older games like maybe Xenogears because it did have even if tastefully done sexual scene in it. People kept telling me these SJWs aren't going to do shit, and well look what happened?

Yeah. There is a large cast of characters with their own stories and unique combat abilities. The main missions of the game are arcade style beat em ups with a boss at the end. You can end each mission with various "finishers" to add to it. Then there is a full dress up mode where you can customize your character to a pretty good degree.
