I live in Chicago, not that bad Chicago, but still Chicago. Snow on the ground = less shootings, though just now on the drive home I did notice a scene with 4-5 police SUVs outside of a building, barricading an entire (and usually rather busy) street. Ive been living in the hood all my life.
