This whole thing was the equivalent of a fucking barfight. Hell it was lighter than a barfight, no punches were even thrown, and the "kick" at the end was a fucking shove at worst. This was investigated and known about back in February and no charges were filed.

If people truly wanted equality between men and women, they wouldn't be treating the fact that she's a woman with such kid gloves. The sane people would say "a bunch of drunk people shoved each other late at night." They wouldn't see "OH IT'S A WOMAN QUICK CALL TMZ AND BAN HIM FROM THE LEAGUE."

I'm not defending his actions, he was a complete dumbass, but people now applying the "womanbeater" label (and using words like "brutalizes," cough cough) are part of the problem, not the solution.
