I got all 3 but I haven't so much as stepped foot in my house. I moved to China before it was finished being built. Don't know if/when I'll stay in it. We might keep it as a retirement property or we will sell it in about 3 years (big train line construction starting soon and we are expecting at least a 25% increase in value when completed).
