Not that.
I've seen it that way on some websites. Is it grammatically correct?

You don't consider "the" when looking at a title alphabetically. There's probably a few exceptions but 90% of the time it's irrelevant.

When listing titles alphabetically, sometimes people do it that way so that the part that's important comes at the beginning.

No.

It's only written that way when it's being listed alphabetically. If every game that begins with "The" was listed as beginning with "T", it'd be harder to find what you were looking for. Along with the fact that somebody might try and find it under "L", thinking that the title is "Legend of Zelda", not "The Legend of Zelda".

Basically, it's done for organization in alphabetical lists.

"The" is an extremely common word, especially in titles therefore it is relegated to an unimportant status when listed alphabetically which is important to lists and libraries.

If "the" took priority in such listings, the "T" section would be absurdly long and you would have to jump straight to the second word anyway when looking alphabetically. Therefore it is more efficient to relegate "the" as unimportant in lists and to properly put it behind the comma in a title to indicate that while it may be the first word of the title, it won't help you find it easily.

"The", "A", and "An" are often left out when listing things alphabetically, particularly "The" since it's so incredibly common in titles.
