He swam to the fishermens boat, which was waiting for him, and went on to write down his experiences in the journal entries that have since been recovered, then set out again to meet the tribespeople on November 16. But police said the following day the waiting fishermen saw from a distance his body being dragged by tribesmen. Like he so strongly believed he could convert and "save" these people despite them living contently isolated on their island which pretty much is their entire world. The arrogance of some religion. It's tragic he died, and I don't condone or praise the Sentinelese killing him.
