Yes, pretty regularly, but I donate to either AmVets or Habitat for Humanity because they're less sketchy than Goodwill and I agree with their missions more than I do the Salvation Army's

Rarely cause I wear my clothes to death. I want to donate stuff so I don't throw it out, but if I don't want something, chances are they won't either.
Every now and again I'll gather up a bunch of shirts I haven't worn in a while, but it's rare.
I wanna shop goodwill more often but a Ross is really close to me.

When my spouse passed away he had a bunch of clothes that were too big for me, some of which was either brand new or in nearly new condition, so I donated it to Goodwill. Anything that even remotely fit me I kept or gave to friends, and anything that was too worn out or stained went in the dumpster.

I go shopping at Goodwill for dress clothes. Lotta dudes buying nice shirts and slacks for one event or a college interview and never wear them again.

No. I pretty much wear my clothes until they are in tatters and full of holes. No donation place would accept them at that point.

We never did when I was younger because we were closer to the "need" end than the "have" end. Most of my clothes were hand-me-downs.

I'm doing better now, but I still don't shop for clothes often and tend to wear what I have until they wear out.

I buy a lot of my clothes at the thrift store and give some back to the thrift store when I don't want them anymore or when I have too many

All the time. At least 10 bags a year to Goodwill.
My house is a dumping ground for family and friends that have kids older than mine. So we're always going through clothes and taking bags in.

Don't give anything to the Salvation Army. They are literally a cult.

Just a heads up, don't just trust the 'boogeyman' stories out there about donation centers and such. More than likely some of it is true, like every business, but huge companies run a massive propaganda machine to try and attack their discount / smaller / new competitors. I remember years ago here, The Brick ran a massive ad attack against Craigslist and Kijiji because people would sell or donate perfectly good furniture instead of paying $2000 for the same sofa.

The companies you WOULD buy things from are using child slavery in third world countries to bring their costs down to pennies on the dollar, while still charging full price here, because 'fuck you that's why'. You're better off just going with the cheaper option, because you're not choosing a moral high ground by buying from a retailer.

I typically wear my clothes until they are falling apart, so no. Usually if I am getting rid of clothes they are going in the trash because the only thing left of them are rags. Can't say I don't get the most out of them though.
