For myself: Tales of Symphonia is one of my favorite games of all time, but I might have actually played NFL Street 2 more than that. Really fun game!

Pikmin 2 was fun; I liked it more than the first
Viewtiful Joe 2 was just kinda eh
Mario Power Tennis was also a very good game

I went about 7 months of playing San Andreas everyday before having a day off. Other than San Andreas, I only played MGS3 and maybe Battlefront and Burnout.

Wasn't KotOR 2 2004? or was that 2005?

I played and liked the original Red Dead a lot, we did 4 way split screen at my old apartment with my drinkin buddies.

Fable I was pretty hyped for, even though I found it slightly disappointing. I did buy it day one.

My backlog was so huge back in those early - mid 00's days that I didn't get to Fable or GTA: SA until 2006. I had finally got to Morrowind around 2005, and what's the craziest thing about it all is that I actually all the time in the world to play video games back then, just everything was so good back then. I think what ruins games for me nowadays is that I've seen just about everything, so I stick to a handful of games now.

Final Fantasy XI

Heavily played FFXI during 2004-2006. It was my first and last MMORPG I got into.

Lots of good memories but also a lot of time invested for--- I dunno? I guess that's what video games are for, though.

San Andreas was my jam. I played that game pretty regularly for a year, and I've gotten into it about 4 or 5 times since. It really is a lot of fun to go back to.

I probably played MGS3, Burnout 3, and San Andrea's more than any other games outside of XCOM 2

I bought a PS2 (Slim) for San Andreas pretty much, and it delivered. MGS3 then came out (in 2005 here in the UK), and I was in heaven. Both remain my favorite games in their respective franchises.

Also loved Symphonia on the GameCube. Zero Mission and Echoes were great, being a Metroid fan.

I can't even fathom how many hours I put into Final Fantasy XI, MGS3, Burnout and San Andreas.

i played the fuck out of halo 2, multiplayer was amazing back then.
