There's no way he lasted all 12 rounds without being concussed in the first 10 round. Seems like he was concussed earlier on the fight and got worser as fight went on especially if he's getting hit on the head. And one of the things that's always said is that a quick knockout is much better than a long bout as the damage gets compounded. And I've been concussed earlier in a fight, and I can tell you that in the heat of the moment I would've done everything in my power to not let a fight get called on me. --- Irregardless, for all intensive purposes, I could care less. <cite>K181 posted [p:911941871] in Boxer dies... Apparently he was concussed earlier in the match was thrown outside the ring and he did something to his vertebrae he got up like nothing went for a spot and ended his life when he fell and landed neckfirst into the ropes. According to forensic who studied the footage he got up because of adrenaline. I am no in no way a pathologist I'm just sharing my thoughts. Could he not afford to quit or was his love of boxing so great that he kept himself in the game long after he should've been out of it? According to the article, his brother said he died as he wanted to. Either way, it's very sad that this would happen. I'm not blaming him for what happened. I'm not blaming his opponent.
