It made me realize how lucky I binged watched and it was able to jump straight to Season 3. Must have sucked watching live week to week and waiting a year for the next season.

Season 1 and 3 were good. 2 was so boring not much happened. Most of the stuff that happened in season 2 got resolved or moved along further in season 3 making the third seem so much better. Also that season contained the most out of place section with that 80's sitcom episode.

I thought it was boring at first. I mean it seemed like they were going to spend the whole season backfilling and fleshing out what had already happened, and Elliot obviously wasn't doing anything to further the revolution. I really liked it by the end of the season, though. They added a lot to Mr. Robot and Elliot's relationship and dynamic. The 80s sitcom episode was one of the best episodes in the series, though I definitely cried when Elliot hugged Mr. Robot, and again when Mr. Robot took the blows for Elliot.. I thought the whple thing was a fascinating look into Elliot's head.

I had a lot more issues with Season 3, to be honest, mostly around Angela. A couple of examples: I think Elliot forgave her manipulating his condition waaaay too quickly; it felt very out of character, especially after the grudges he held against Darlene and his dad. While it was badass and intense how Angela was able to infiltrate her way up the Evil Corp tower, she was suddenly technically competent out of nowhere. Last season she couldn't even run a simple single line script, so, what the fuck?

Yea how Angela went from being competent to being afraid to leave the house watching tv all day long was weird. But the third season was still more exciting.

season 2 was the weakest but 3 was good

I disagree. I started watching the show right when it first aired and thanpaving if season 1 felt slow as fuck and really boring. I gave up on the show after the season ended and didnt give it another chance until a few weeks ago. This time around, the entire show seemed really interesting and I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. Season 2 also had my favorite moment out of the entire show (that dream sequence where that beautiful cover of Basket Case was playing). I dont think show has a single dull moment now, but if I had to choose the season that I liked the least Id probably go with season 3
