You go to sleep tonight to rest your little head but when you wake up, everything's different.

You're not in your comfy bed, you're on a cold hard floor. You're naked and your head is pounding like it got smashed with an iron pipe from the inside of your skull. Everything is fuzzy and it takes a moment for you to get your bearings.

Then you realize you're lying on the floor of a Subway in Phoenix and the manager, a big black British man called Wesley is looming over you with a sour look on his face saying "Excuse me! Sir! You're going to have to leave right now or I'm calling the police!"

You look around and discover from newspapers and background TVs that it is 11:20 AM on November 2nd 1992.

You have absolutely nothing and you're in Phoenix.



What do you do?

And how would you even get you to your past self, let alone become a part of their life. How do you think your parents would react about a creepy man approaching their kid?

I would politely ask Wesley for a blanket. Then I would go beg on the street corner until I had enough money to buy proper clothes. I would then do one odd job to earn enough money to start betting.

Also, in 1992, children were allowed to play outside by themselves without their parents being arrested, so I would have no problem approaching my nine year old self. My parents wouldn't refuse a giant heap of money.
