Payzmaykr 09/20/18 1:15:51 PM #1:	I broke mine a few years ago and its sore every day, now. When I wake up, theres almost a 100% chance that I will be in pain and stretching only helps so much. All I can use is OTC Pain medicine and CBD. Its pointless to keep bringing it up to my doctor because he would either think I was a drug seeker or try to force a prescription for some opiate on me. I really wish the pharmaceutical companies would give us some pain medicine thats not FDA-approved heroin. I dont want to kill my liver, I dont want to get addicted, and I dont want anything that may effect my ability to drive. Physical therapy helped me a lot, and taught me some tricks on how to lessen the pain (Before, I couldn't even do 5 hours on my feet without being in crippling pain; could barely get out of bed in the morning, ect). But with the things I learned from PT, its improved a lot. I also second finding a good memory foam mattress; or even a topper that goes on your old mattress can help. However, I strongly, STRONGLY recommend that you find a mattress seller near you, and go in to test out different ones. There was one day where I could barely even move due to the pain, but other than that, it's not really bad.
