Make half the game take place in the Carribean, and the other half in Southeast Asia. Sure the Carribean map would be slightly smaller but youd gain a second open world map. Never heard of Puzzle Pirates, but I'll take your word for it. Sea of Thieves isn't a great game and it's severly lacking in content, but dicking around in it with three close friends in the same room was incredibly fun for a few hours.
