I'm leaning towards option 2. Sure it's more days, but less time overall for the same amount of credits.

I'm gonna choose option one. The reason is because it's les days. All together, it is 16 hours. And that's more than the 12 hours for the other days. But I'll take a guess that there are maybe the choice here is whether to take the 3-5 classes on Monday/Wednesday, or on Tuesday/Thursday?

Either way, I feel more days off give you more time to do things. More time off still means you're busy that day. That's how I feel at least. I know people who want to work more days at work if it would allow them to have shorter days. I would rather have more days off and work a little longer than normal...

Depends how far you live from the school. The longer the commute, the more tempting going only twice a week will be.

Having it spread out might help for your focus since you are always going to be anchored to school throughout the week.

The first option would give you the most freedom though which is more time to either have a job, work on school, go out and do things. But it would be more on you to actually manage and use that time effectively.

Id take the 1st option. I preferred consolidated schedules when I was in school since I had to drive 45 minutes to get to campus.

You're gonna get hella burnt out with Option 1. The brain works best with breaks.

Personally I go with more days, shorter days. It's not like I need whole days off or I'd just waste 'em. Always felt it's better to have shorter days in case things suck so you can get home sooner. There is nothing worse than those long ass days where you're literally counting the minutes.

This. Personally if I were dorming or had a short commute (less than 30 or so minutes), I'd choose the 2nd option. Otherwise, I'd go with the 1st option.

In general, the 2nd option seems more appealing to me. It may be more days, but those 2 hour days will fly by in the blink of an eye.

I think another weird things about the shorter days is it feels like it's at bad times. Like, if I have a class that was like 8-10, I feel the short days would be better. But it's like right in the middle of the day for one. And the middle of the afternoon for the other...

Tues/Thurs, which will give you larger concentrated blocks to work during the remaining days.
