I don't know anyone who actually smokes those. Most people I know break them down to roll blunts with them.
Not a smoker, but I always thought you were supposed to sort of "nurse" a cigar. Not sure you're supposed to smoke two in one night. But, it's smoking, so it probably causes cancer.
