So, pick the one that is closest to your answer. Also, just in case, solo food in this case is food for only you while shared is food shared with other people. So, solo would be like sauce you get at a fast food places for dipping or sauce on your plate at home. Where shared would be like chip dip at a party or restaurant.

Double dip if solo or if sharing with girlfriend, never if sharing with other people (excepting the aforementioned approach of dipping an untouched end of the object, in cases where that's a viable option).
