I took a college level communications class back in high school. We basically had 400 percentage points to give to five people including ourselves. Two people in the group were datin, two were best friends, I was a junior and they were seniors, they were the stupid type not going to college, and in high school I was unsocial. Better to learn the lesson now than when at work where it matters. Real world is no different. I got better by spending ears developing my social skills and would say Im in the top dozen of the department now.
