This is answering the question and still makes you look good.

You're just meant to describe a minor issue and how you work on improving/handle it. It's basic stuff at this point.

Because people either have no flaws or a lot

And no one improves themselves. Thats like an after school special response

I'm in IT so it's easy for me. I say I sometimes will pour far more hours than I need to for a fix when reinstalling or resetting and reconfiguring whatever it is would probably be faster.

lol, yeah that's pretty much what i said during my last interview. What really threw me through a loop was when they basically asked "why should we hire you for in house IT when we could farm out the work to an MSP?"

I have a job interview today for a non-sales position and I thought about saying "I'm too nice, I dont like to force products on people if they seem uninterested."

I have no idea if thats an appropriate answer but eh that's what im gonna say if asked.

May not work for a non-trade job. I was being interviewed (sort if, they wanted me bad) at a larger commercial construction company.

I did my homework and found that their current workforce is aging out, with management and superintendents averaging age 50.

That's the time to be ambitious and self confident as fuck.

Seeing as I'm an attorney, if I'm ever asked this question in an interview I walk the fuck out. Any law firm that would ask useless questions like that isn't even worth the time I'd spend for the interview.

Is it because they are basically trying to get you to incriminate yourself?
