The villain in the Silent Hill movie has a pretty brutal one

Villain gets sodomized by barbed wire, a shit ton of barbed wire. It's pretty much a tentacle monster but with barbed wire. After a while, the wire starts poking out her chest and then eventually rips her apart. It's brutal because she's alive through the whole ordeal

If you've seen the movie Bone Tomahawk (great western btw) then you know the one. Detailed below:

a man held captive by a group of cave dwelling troglodytes gets scalped, then has his scalp staked into his mouth, then gets held upside down naked by two troglodytes, one holding each leg, while a third chops him in the taint with a bone blade enough for the other two to slowly pull him apart. It is a gruesome display

Off the top of my head in Kill Bill 2 when Beatrix plucked out Ellie's remaining eye and Ellie died with the Black Mamba IIRC.

It's not confirmed that she died, she was the only one left with an ambiguous fate. I'm guessing she lived.

Well, I figured that she would've died anyway because she was blinded in both eyes and there's a snake there waiting to pounce on dormant targets.

You'd think so, but I remember reading that Tarantino's idea for a potential Kill Bill 3 would utilize her. It would be about Vernita Green's daughter Nikki being trained by Sofie Fatale and Elle so she can get revenge for her mother's death. Although I reread the interview where Tarantino mentions this and he doesn't actually mention Elle as part of that, despite what wikipedia says. Still, I imagine she would be involved. Of course hat movie won't ever happen anyway, so I guess Elle's fate truly is open to interpretation.
