Yeah, they're goofy fun. I think they're better than Saints Row 2 tbqh as Saints Row 2 didn't age well and it was still in that kind of a GTA ripoff stage.

Saints Row 2 is arguably still the best in the series, because it struck a good balance between goofy and serious. It was the GTA we needed before GTA5 came out.

Saints Row 3 took some getting used to, but its driving and shooting mechanics are very solid. It's aged pretty well compared to 2, though the humor is very on-the-nose. The fourth game is kind of shithouse IMO, but for 5 bucks? Snap that shit up I guess. Definitely not going to hurt to get both titles.
