The show's fanbase has dwindled so much over the years that there's barely any of them left, and the few that are left mostly keep to themselves in the general topic or the MLP:FiM community board. If they were making a bunch of threads about it and disrupting CE, then maybe. But they're not. Besides one user (FluttershyPony, but he's suspended now) who I'm pretty sure wasn't even actually a fan and was just impersonating one to troll, they've been keeping to their general topic and not causing trouble. So if they're not causing trouble, they're not actively seeking attention, they're not hurting anyone, and the mere existence of that general topic on CE still irritates you enough to want all of them banned... maybe you are the one with the problem, not them.
