This is by far the worst boss in the game, right up there with the crystal sage and wolnir, Jesus Christ man this is so poorly designed for this game.

Buff your weapon with lightning
Use your i-frames to roll through his flame attacks and get closer
Just stay away when he charges. It's not worth trying to sneak a hit in
