Jesus. That's horrible. I've been on that boat ride with my niece and nephew a few times before. Pretty nuts to hear about that.

I honestly don't know, but they've said on the news that the boat ended up at the bottom of the lake. I'm assuming that people got trapped, but I'm not sure precisely what happened yet.

For what it's worth, that's the place that's in question here. I've been on it a few times.

Definitely geared towards kids. I dunno how many on the boat were kids, nor how many of the fatalities were. It's awful either way.

Seems to be up to at least 11 dead. No telling when the final number will be revealed.

This is fucking awful. I'm still pretty mindblown. My aunt is in town and we were talking about taking the kids on there last Saturday as a family visit. It's crazy to have a big incident like this hitting this close to home. I feel horrible for the victims and their loved ones more than anything, though.
