There are some benefits to it if you don't want to go overboard though. For example, when first experimenting I made my character into a t h i c c succubus, but then reset everything and now I'm quite happy with just HD scales, (custom) eyes, and hair mods. Basically, things that Square Enix should have already implemented in the game.

As a console user, Id just settle for non-lego feet and a barefoot option since old systems were left behind with SB.

And more hairstyles are always nice.
