UnfairRepresent 07/16/18 2:59:04 PM #1:	Anime doesn't have the greatest track record for black characters, Japan in general doesn't. Who would you say is the most intelligent black character in Anime? Can you think of any occasions in an anime where the smartest man in the room was black? I can only think of one, Dragonball where Staff Officer Black (yes that;s his name) is in a room with Colonel Red. And when the go to example of the smartest black guy in anime is a bald violent murdering criminal with big lips and a massive nose, that says a lot. But CE reads a lot of Manga and tons of anime.
