Mead 07/15/18 8:56:32 PM #4:	The drug thats in Zzquil(same one thats in benadryl if Im not mistaken) tends to make me really groggy and irritable the next day Melatonin helps me get better rest but it doesnt always work. I was prescribed trazadone at one point but it would give me a strong feeling of dread like I was drowning/losing control of my body before I fell asleep so I stopped taking it Honestly since I started taking zoloft I havent needed to take anything to help me sleep --- If they drag you through the mud, it doesnt change whats in your blood <cite>Mead posted [p:905142143] in Has anyone... CacciatoPart3 07/15/18 10:19:40 PM #7:	Melatonin eventually stopped working for me. So I switched to Zzzquil every now and then for nights when I dont drink. I didnt particularly have any side effects like drowsiness for either of them. Eventually I was prescribed Ambien for a little while which was fantastic for falling asleep. I cant take Trazadone. Sure. It puts me to sleep, usually... and then when it does, Im asleep for over 24 hours. Im pretty much worthless the next day. I've never tried it before.
