Because in Gamespot's review, apparently they didn't know the game had a quick travel feature until about 45 hours in.

There's an in game tutorial about fast travel when you click on the map I think.

Literally the first time you bring up the map there's Big splash text saying "travel to anyone city by clicking on it!"

I checked out a few reviews and they all read exactly the same, use the same screenshots etc. I think these things are canned and provided by the publishers to the gaming media sites. --- ...
