I like to waste time at homeless reddit, so i can pickup advice at what not to do. But reading crap like this makes me laugh.

have had issues since birth when it comes to mental health and emotions. (Anxiety, anger issues, bipolar 1 disorder, panic disorder, OCD and later in life developed PTSD.)

You don't have half of these, you're just lazy and need something to blame. You definitely don't have PTSD, lmao.

Most importantly, we want to have a family one day and we want our child to grow up in a healthy stable environment.

For the love of god, don't create a soon to be orphan, to be subject to your failures and laziness.

While I certianly won't deny that a lot of people fake mental disorders for attention and/or sympathy and/or an excuse; it is absolute bullshit to claim the disorders themself aren't real. The people claiming them for those reasons might not actually have the disorders; but that doesn't mean the disorders don't exist at all.

I suffered from major depression for years. I struggled a lot, but finally decided I wanted to do better. I made a lot of changes. I still get depressed and have anxiety over things, but it happens less, and my general happy days are more thna my depressed ones.

For me, I felt better when i started doing what i felt was right, working a lot more, trying to exercise, and eating a little better. Trying new things, learning a new language. It was a huge change and (i live in japan, so a lot of these new things come with the territory), it really made me forget about the bad stuff. Being busy is a really good feeling, sometimes.

They are most likely advised that they have these disorders, and the brain aligns their behavior with that inherited belief.

Lord forbid they saw a therapist at an early age because of concerned parent(s) that uptalk medicine and are encouraged to label every minor thing.

The people then cant talk about it, because theyre ridiculed or others claim theyre attention seeking.
