I agree. However if black folk want to say the n word with an a around each other, no white person has any right to call them out on it. Its white people who started the word and made it a racist term to begin with. The black culture found a way to embrace it and use it as a term of endearment around each other.

My stance is that it should be okay for everyone to say it in non-racist context or nobody is allowed to say it regardless of the context.

That guy who was offended a white girl he invited up on stage to sing his song that included the word afterwards listed a few things white people have forbid his race from doing in history so please let him have this one word.

He should lose his job. I'm not defending racism and there should be consequences such as losing your job in the face of proof. But physically attacking/almost killing someone because of something that person has said makes the attacker look far worse (especially since it's caught on camera).
