The opening menu music, overworld, radio stations, ugh

I felt that the music in Fallout 4 is solid, just turn off or on the radio whenever you want something new.

Real talk though music can help make or break a game all the time. Look at the difference between Hitman: Blood Money's ambience and the like 1 track that HITMAN 16 has
