I dunno, IKEA stuff always been good quality in my experience. Only problem is that its hard to design your home to distinct tastes if you only have IKEA stuff.

That's actually not bad at all for all that.

You go into a furniture store these days and a sofa costs $4000.

we have two ikea products. a vanity table for my girlfriend. it has a lot of drawsers and compartments and has a built in mirror. its nice.

also we have their cheap coffee table. it looks nice, and does the job. though when i bump into it the legs spin in place and i gotta fix it. thats annoying, but i guess i could glue it.

a lot of our furtinure comes from Target lol. simply cuz its close. IKEA is a 50 minute drive from me and its the only IKEA in that area so its full of people and it takes 20 minutes to get out of the parking lot. i never want to go there again.

we got our couch on Wayfair.com though. its nice i like their stuff.

I find that sometimes IKEA tends to have misleading prices

Like, "oh, this big desk costs x". But then you find that there's a separate price for each drawer, and a separate price for the legs, etc.

I'm gonna get one of these bookshelves and lay it down:

https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/20275885/

Planning on using it to store my vinyl and some other shit.

<_<

I also still need to buy a table set and a loveseat and/or couch.

IKEA is cool. Only been to one once. Closest one for me is Minneapolis which is like 7.5 hrs away

I have a neat little alarm clock from there. Didn't buy any furniture. Just went there because I'd never been to an Ikea store before

I can't find it on the internet store. But it was Billy Oxberg bookshelf cabinet combo like this

https://www.ikea.com/se/sv/catalog/products/S49249966/

But it the bottom parts were big cabinets with doors and not glass doors, and there was a middle section too which was open bookshelf shelves from top to bottom.

Couch was Ektorp 3 seater
https://www.ikea.com/se/sv/catalog/products/S09129211/#/S59164914
I have a 2 seater already so got the same fabric for it. Also got Ektorp footstool thingt, can store things inside it: https://www.ikea.com/se/sv/catalog/products/S69129128/#/S09164902

The table chair combo was Jokkmokk
https://www.ikea.com/se/sv/catalog/products/50211104/

With these Justina cushions whatever they called:

Minneapolis is only 3.5 for me, but it being the only IKEA remotely close to me is upsetting :(

I kinda wanted new couches, but if I already had one and could just expand with another 3 seater for cheap, I mean why not. They are comfy tho imo, I sometimes sleep in the 2 seater xD

I hate putting things together so ikea sounds like a store I would absolutely hate.

To me it is much better to buy things that are already assembled and not have to deal with the stupidity of having to figure out how to put something together.

It's easy, I'm like the least handy person ever, just follow the instructions. I have no idea about anything is, but when I follow the instructions suddenly I have a furniture up.
