It would free up time in court, less people with felonies, less people in prison. It certainly won't be until it becomes legal on the federal level. As is, urine testing for weed is easily the strictest of any testable substance iirc. But if that were true...throwing people in jail, making them not able to get jobs, giving them a criminal record, I mean that WILL absolutely ruin a life. So what sense does that make? "We have to protect you from ruining your life with this drug, so for using it as punishment we'll ruin your life!!!" And honestly, between beer, weed, cigarettes, I'd rather be around someone stoned than drunk or smoking cigarettes, or god forbid, cigars. I don't understand how anyone can smell a cigar and be like, "yeah, I want that in my body" --- I am snazzier, hot, hot rant. Warily slight as. Croak rush, OK?
