Literally everybody on grindr gets lots of messages. I got messages before I ever even posted any info or pics. Guys are just that horny.

And you can turn off notifications so it doesn't bombard you.

And your profile stops showing up to other people if you stop using Grindr. So you only get messages if you're using it a lot (or maybe if you pay to use it / be promoted but IDK if that's a thing on Grindr)

So if you don't like the constant barrage of messages, you should either turn notifications off or stop using Grindr so much

There are worse things about Grindr, anyway. Like the entitled guys on there.

the reason why you cant get a relationship is probably because you have deep seated emotional issues that make it difficult to form a lasting connection with anyone. You're able to get laid because of your outward personality and looks, but once you try to go any further than that the spring runs dry. :v

Well, this is an extremely inaccurate guess at what Im like. Because Ive had two long relationships already. The first one lasted two years and we moved in together after 4 months. The second lasted 4.5 years and we moved in together after 1 year. Its been 3 years and 3 months since we separated though, so Im very much willing to find something serious again now. If anything is my problem, its that I know what a guy needs to be like for it to work for me due to my past relationships.

I had a full on psychotic breakdown and thought I was transgender (not implying in any way that being trans is a delusion but I did have a delusion that I was meant to be a woman, very long story), so very overweight me with stubble and the worst makeup ever would get 25 messages a day because I set myself as transgender and looking for men and women (i was curious) on okcupid

and it was either crappy conversation starters or incredibly sexual, so yeah men are crazy on these things
