In all seriousness, I know you're tired of reading the same advice over and over, but you seriously need to talk to her rather than mention it again and again. You're only going to be miserable in the long run. If you're just there just because you love her, what good is the relationship if you aren't happy? If sex is something you need in order to have an healthy and happy relationship, I'd talk to her.

If you think the relationship is worth salvaging, you need to hash all this stuff out with her and probably see a couple's therapist. Otherwise, I think it's time to move on man.
