Bugmeat 06/21/18 7:57:46 PM #21:	As long as it has remained frozen the whole time and didn't get thawed and frozen repeatedly over the years it will be perfectly safe to eat. Frozen foods remain safe to eat indefinitely as long as their temperature has been properly maintained. Not necessarily pleasant. I wasn't really expecting much, since this is a bottom round, which is a pretty lean piece of meat. And it is indeed, very lean. The taste is alright, nothing at all off about it, but it is very dry and a bit tough. It probably would have done better as a pot roast or some kind of wet cooking method. Or a good long marinade.
