you haven't provided any links, but the likely answer is that there was a seasonal spike/increase but a long term decline

Anti-CC propaganda likes to cherrypick short term spikes while disregarding the fact that the overall trend is downwards. As a highly simplified example, it might increase one season, but decline the other three. A less-than-honest person with an agenda might focus on that one season increase, crop the chart, and attempt to present it as a trend upwards when what's actually happening is they are omitting data.

One region gains, the other decreases at a faster rate, = net loss. Again, a less-than-honest person could crop the individual region and not account for the full data collection

Yes, 2012 just ended up being the lowest year on record but every year since is still part of the overal downward trend.

Water vapor is is a vastly more potent greenhouse gas than anything else. It's about 60% of the heat reflectivity.
