He plead guilty to attempting to expose a person with HIV as the Scranton resident was also charged with Meth with intent to deliver, possession of drugs, delivery of meth and 8 counts of distributing, possessing or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child He was detained for drug related charges but then a confidential informant said that he was looking at CHILD PORN which caused more charges to be added. He planned to go on a DOUBLE DAT and was set to lie to others about his status as Judge Robin Green said "Just so i can get my brain around this, did i understand the state correctly; Mr. Koch intentionally contracted the HIV virus so he could then infect otheres?" Stephen admitted to it and said he was on a self destructive path as he wanted to hurt other people with the virus Thus, he was handed a harsh 50 years in prison and must abide by a suspended sentence agreement for 10 years after he's released as he will register as a sex offender Do you know people irl who have HIV?
