Why didn't Yuna just send Seymour immediately as soon as she found out he was dead? Like during the fight or something just send his ass.

Being unsent has some drawbacks. I wouldn't say that you can just act like nothing ever happened.

Cause he woulda stopped her. It takes quite a while when she finally does send him. Can't just do a jig. She's gotta go through probably a full minute of dancing or so? And each time he had goons. They tried to send him right away, but that main guado stopped them.

I think almost everyone eventually does, but if you're real strong of will and shit you can hang on to your human form.

Auron was dead for fucking years and still only went when he chose to. Maester Mika coulda been dead for Yevon knows how long.

But I'm guessing it doesn't just work for everyone. Seymour's father sure had a grudge and unfinished business, but could only manage to escape out the Farplane for a few moments.

I think it's a matter of when, not if.

Doesn't it take Will power to come back whole. I mean the only unset that we see walking about like normal "humans" are people powerful people. Other people who stay around smelling materialize into monsters.

The circumstances of your Death also matter. Sin was especially good at turning dead people into monsters.
